HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CPSW No. 22/2016 In SWP No. 2986/2015 Anju Bala …..Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs Dev Lata, Chairperson Service Selection Recruitment Board & Anr. .….Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG with Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, Advocate. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER (20.12.2025) 01. The petitioner herein instituted the present contempt petition on 20.01.2016 by reference to an order dated 06.11.2015 in terms whereof the writ petition SWP No. 2986/2015 came to be disposed of by imparting the directions. 02. The very fact that from the date of institution of the present contempt petition, the petitioner did not come up with any intervening application to complain that the writ respondents have not carrying out the requisite course of action is a pointer to the fact that the compliance of the writ court direction has been carried out, as such, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous, hence dismissed.
