The criminal revision No. 335 of 2018 has been filed by the applicant (Smt. Bhawana Ravi) with the following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the revision and set-aside by enhancement of amount of alimony from 10000/- to higher side looking to the condition and status of the respondent party from the date of application filed under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. in the order impugned dated 05.02.2018 (Annexure A-1) passed by the Family Court Bilaspur (C.G.) IN Misc. Cri. Case No. 569/2015 (Annexure A-1), in the interest of justice. ” 4. The criminal revision No. 352 of 2018 has been filed by the applicant (Ritesh Ravi) with the following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that the impugned order dated passed by the learned Family 3 Court Bilaspur in Misc. Case No. 569/2015 may kindly be set aside and the revision petition may kindly be allowed.” 5. Mr. Ravish Verma, Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the parties have settled their dispute, therefore, the instant matters have become infructuous. 6.
