Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the auction pursuant to which the shop was allotted to the petitioner on 25.08.2007 has elapsed by the year 2020. Hence, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
