Whether approved for reporting? For the Petitioner: Mr. Ram Kumar, Advocate. For the Respondents: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General and Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General. ___________________________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral) While placing on record communication dated 1.1.2026 issued by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. It clearly emerges from the aforesaid document that sum of Rs. 22,83,909/- has been made available by the department concerned to the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, 2 Dharamshala and Nurpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, for further release of the same to the petitioner 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition, accordingly, same is disposed of with direction to the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Dharamshala and Nurpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, to ensure that amount otherwise ordered to be released, is credited in the bank account of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within ten days, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action is taken against the erring officials.
