The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Complaint Case bearing No.660/2017; Ramdhani Singh vs. Satyam Singh pending for a prolonged period under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 within a stipulated period. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
