DATE : 3rd FEBRUARY, 2025 O R D E R : This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 13/10/2022, passed in Writ Petition No.2625/2019, by which following directions were issued : “3. When a policy decision has been taken by the Government and accordingly Government Resolution has been passed on 02.03.2019 the respondent Nos.2 and 3 can take a decision on the representations made by the petitioners. In view of the same the writ petition stands disposed of 2025:BHC-AUG:3064-DB C.P. No.148/2023 :: 2 :: accordingly by issuing directions to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations by the petitioners dated 10.09.2018 as per Government Resolutions.” 2. The answering respondent No.2 has filed affidavit- in-reply contending that the petitioner’s claim has been considered in the light of the said order of this Court and complied the same. He brought to our notice order dated 10/4/2023, passed by the respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad. 3. It is clear that the petitioner’s claim has been considered in the light of the Government Resolution as observed in the aforesaid order.
