On 02.07.2025, this Court called for report from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapur. In compliance of the same report dated 22.07.2025 has been received, in which, it is stated that both the parties in M.C.No.9 of 2011 are living together till today without any disputes. 2. In view of the same, this Court finds that cause in the revision does not survive. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive . No order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
