The present petition has been filed alleging that a final inquiry report has been submitted on 26.04.2023, which according to the petitioner is not in terms of the mandate of Acts and Rules. It is stated that thereafter, a show cause notice has been issued. 3. It is apprehended by the petitioner that the petitioner would not be heard before passing of the final order. 4. Considering the said apprehension, the present writ petition is disposed off directing that the petitioner shall appear before the District Magistrate on 06.02.2025 along with a copy of this order and the District Magistrate shall pass final order in accordance with law only after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
