On an earlier occasion, this Court, by way of an order dated 08.10.2018 in C.R.P(MD) Nos.963 and 964 of 2018, had directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months. A perusal of the “B” diary extract reveals that the suit is posted for the plaintiff's side evidence. At that stage, the plaintiff has filed I.A.No.4 of 2024 to examine the ward Councilor. The said application was argued and after orders were reserved, again it has been suo motu reopened by the Court for enquiry. Hence the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 4. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 on or before 30.04.2025 and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2013 on or before 31.08.2025. The trial Court is directed to strictly comply with the directions of this Court and the parties are directed to co-operate for the trial. 5. With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
