Heard Ms. Puja Agarwal, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P.P. on behalf of the State. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in M.C.A. No. 221 of 2025, arising out of Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 146 of 2025 (S.T. No. 50 of 2025), whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that accused persons had thrown a bomb at the house of the informant, which resulted in some articles getting scattered in the courtyard. Although the appellant is named in the F.I.R., but it seems that no substantial damage has been caused to the house of the informant. It further appears that the appellant is in custody since 21.11.2024. 2025:JHHC:14910-DB 2 4. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in M.C.A. No. 221 of 2025, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro, in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 146 of 2025, S.T. No. 50 of 2025. 5. This appeal is allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.) (Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, J.) Sunil/
