Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No. 279 of 2024, under Sections 191(2),191(3),115(2),352, 351(2),333,109 B.N.S., P.S. Jethwara, District- Pratapgarh. From perusal of the record as well as the FIR, it transpires that the applicant is named in the FIR and there are serious allegations against him as he along with the other co-accused persons had beaten the injured who had received serious injuries over his head. The injured has also named the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied. Considering the complicity of the accused-applicant and looking into the gravity of nature of offence, this Court does not find any good ground to intervene in this matter. The anticipatory bail application of the applicant, Istiyak Ahmad is hereby rejected.
