Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State on written instructions would submit that the dispute involved in the present Writ Petition is of civil in nature and therefore, the Police will not interfere in such disputes. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition and the same may be closed. 4. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.
