Order-39, Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. dated 1.1.2025. situated at Village-Ramnagar Terher (Surtipurwa), Pargana Tehsil and District Gonda, contained as Annexure No.1, which is pending before him, within stipulated time period." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the stay application on 3rd February, 2025 itself and in any case, positively within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
