JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 11/08/2025 [2025:RJ-JP:30983] (3 of 3) [CW-4769/2025] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner in the year 1986 is pending for adjudication on the stage of framing of issues. The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to issue direction to the court below to expedite the suit proceedings. Vide order dated 09.04.2025, the status as regards the suit proceedings was summoned from the trial Court. Taking into consideration the contents of the status report and more particularly the fact that the suit proceeding is pending since 1986, this Court feels that it would be in the interest of justice to issue directions to the court below to expedite the suit proceedings. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of and it is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the suit proceedings and shall not allow adjournment without there being any cogent ground.
