The present petition has been challenging the appointment of opposite party no.3 as a care taker Pradhan pending election of the regular Pradhan. 3. The learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the elections have been notified and are going to be held on 19.02.2025 and the counting will happen on 21.02.2025. 4. In view of the abovesaid facts, I do not see any good reason to interfere with the impugned order. 5. The writ petition is dismissed.
