The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that based upon the complaint lodged by the Defacto-complainant, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed as civil in nature and the parties were directed to approach competent civil court. During enquiry, the petitioners were not harassed by the respondent police.
