The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned to take the necessary action in respect of grievances of petitioner raised in application dated 25.11.2024 pending before the opp.party no.3, and get removed the illegal encroachment made on the public utility pond land gata no. 441/1.7390 hect. situated in village Madal Shankarpur, pargana Bhojpur, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Farrukhabad, from the illegal encroachment of the opp.party no. 7 to 12 and also take necessary action against them in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that against the order of removal of encroachment, a revision was filed, which has also been dismissed and a notice has been issued prior to the execution, which shall be done expeditiously. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing that the order passed against the respondents shall be implemented unless there is any legal impediment, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
