The petitioner is a 74 old years citizen and filed this petition alleging encroachment on his 'bhumidhari' land bearing Gata No. 245/1319 ad-measuring area 0.0360 hectare, situated at Village-Shahnewajpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District- Bahraich. 3. Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate get an on the spot inspection conducted and if he finds that the land of the petitioner has been encroached by the Gaon Sabha or the Pradhan, as the case may be, then he shall ensure that the remedial measures are taken, however, if he finds that there is no such encroachment then he shall inform the petitioner in writing. Let this exercise be completed within one month. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
