[1] Heard Mr. N. Mahendra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents. [2] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the limited prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider and
disposed of the representation dated 19.09.2022 submitted by the petitioner. The learned counsel accordingly prays for disposing of the present writ petition at the motion stage itself if the learned GA has no objection. by him, he has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. [4] Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the limited prayer made in the present writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interests of justice to dispose of the present writ petition with the following direction:- (1) The Commissioner/Secretary (Works), Government of Manipur is hereby directed to consider the said representation dated 19.09.2022 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and in terms of applicable law and to dispose of the same by issuing an appropriate
order within a period of 2 months, if the same has not already been disposed of earlier. [5] With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is
disposed of.
