Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is presently posted at Police Station-Palia kala, District - Kheri on the post of Female Constable since 03.06.2021. 3. It is stated that petitioner is suffering from a critical disease in digestive system and lung s for which she is being treated in Yashoda Hospital and Cancer Institute Ghaziabad. In the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner has made a representation to respondent No. 3 for transferring her services to Ghaziabad by means of representation dated 20.11.2024 which is still pending consideration. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure No. 1) in a time bound manner. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not object if a direction is issued to respondent for expeditious disposal of the representation preferred by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure No. 1) expeditiously, say, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
