In furtherance of the order dated 31.01.2025, the personal affidavit of the Tehsildar (Judicial), Nawabganj, District Barabanki has been filed. Learned standing counsel submitted that a copy of the said affidavit shall be uploaded on the e-portal of the Court. It has further been pointed that the discrepancies which were noticed in the order dated 31.01.2025 has now been rectified. The erroneous orders have been removed from the website and corrected orders have been uploaded. It is further submitted that against the official concerned, necessary action has been taken and he has been suspended contemplating an enquiry. Considering the aforesaid as well as the fact that the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition has been redressed. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed. Consequently, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to take recourse as may be available to him in law.
