This writ petition has been filed with the following relief(s): "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party 1 to 3 to ensure the arrest of named accused i.e. opposite party No. 4 in connection to case crime No. 0561 of 2024, lodged Under Section 137(2), 87, of B.N.S. 2023, lodged at Police Station- Gosainganj, District-Lucknow contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.". 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced the instructions sent by Sub- Inspector Suman Prakash of Police Station Gosainganj, District Lucknow, wherein it has been stated that charge-sheet has been prepared against Abhisekh Rawat, main accused under Section 137(2)/87/65(1) B.N.S. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act and has been submitted to the supervisory authority on 29.12.2024 and has also been filed in the court on 17.01.2025. 4.
