Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to court concerned to decide objections dated 22.02.2024 filed by petitioners as defendants in Regular Suit No.2357 of 2023, instituted by opposite parties for permanent injunction. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that despite the fact that aforesaid objection against Application for interim injunction is pending for about a year, the same has not been decided due to which a direction is required for its expeditious disposal. 4. Considering submission advanced by learned counsel for petitioners, the court concerned being Civil Judge (J.D.), Kaisarganj, District Bahraich is directed to decide the objections dated 22.02.2024 filed in Regular Suit No.2357 of 2023(Allan Khan &others v. Azad Ahmad Khan & others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings, in case there is no other legal impediment. 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioners only in case they cooperate in early disposal of the proceedings. 6. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
