The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Direction to the concerned court (Opposite Party no.2) for expeditious disposal of Interim Relief Application in Securitization Application No. 8/2025 filed Under Section- 17 SARFAESI Act (M/s New Calcutta and another vs Union Bank of India) pending before Ld. Debts Recovery Tribunal Lucknow/Opposite party no.2, on day to day hearing within a prescribed time as set by this Hon'ble court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the matter is pending before the DRT, the present petition is disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for urgent hearing of the IR application. In case, such an application is filed, the DRT shall endeavour to decide the IR application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
