Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7203 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have raped a 16 years old victim. 5. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of eleven charge sheeted witnesses, ten have already been examined. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
