At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner. He has further submitted that against the said charge-sheet, he has already preferred an Application U/s 528 of BNSS No. 1562 of 2025, which is pending before this Court, as such, he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 3. Learned AGA for the State as well as learned counsel for the respondent no.3 do not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Office to de-tag the Application U/s 528 of BNSS No. 1562 of 2025 from the instant writ petition and place it before the appropriate Bench, if possible on 06.08.2025 as fresh.
