This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2024 Annexure No.1, in accordance with the guidelines of the Government Order No.Writ 1354181-3-2024 dated 24.09.2024, Annexure No.6, to this writ petition, within the period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the Government Order dated 24.09.2024, the petitioner has not been paid the minimum wages, in this regard, the petitioner has already moved a representation to the respondent no.4 by means of a representation dated 13.12.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending, it would be appropriate that a direction be issued to the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits.
