The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opp. parties for lifting essential commodities for the month of January, 2025 and set the E-POS manchine/vending machine as zero by taking proper recourse in the ends of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the decision is to be taken by respondent No.4, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move a fresh application before respondent No.4 along with copy of this order. In case, such an application is filed, a reasoned order shall be passed thereupon within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the application.
