Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A., who appears for the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 11.11.2024, lodged by the opposite party no. 3, registered at Case Crime No. 0770 of 2024 under Sections 351(2), 352, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (here in after referred BNS, 2023) at Police Station Dewa, Barabanki, contained as annexure no. 1 to this writ petition. ii. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding to the opposite parties not to arrest to the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 11.11.2024, registered at Case Crime No. 0770 of 2024 under Sections 351(2), 352, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (here in after referred BNS, 2023) at Police Station Dewa, Barabanki." 3. The counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, states that there are typographical errors in the writ petition and he wishes to withdraw this writ petition and prays for liberty to file a fresh petition. 4.
