Heard Shri Akhilesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Rishi Raj Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 4 and 5. 3. The opposite party no. 4- Cooperative Society is consist of Members who are employees of Basic Education Department/ Board. 4. The petitioner claims to be 'Sanrakshak' of the aforesaid Society. He has some grievance with regard to the election of such office bearers of the Society. The grievance of the petitioner is that before becoming the Members or being appointed as Office bearers of the Cooperative Society the Teachers, who are in service, have not taken prior permission. 5. We are afraid these are not matters to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, certainly, not at the behest of the petitioner who himself claims to be a 'Sanrakshak' of the Cooperative Society that too a Society of which the Members are the existing Teachers and Employees of the Basic Education Department which has been registered for the purpose of advancing credit to them. 6. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to pursue other remedies uninfluenced by this order, if there is a cause and if the petitioner has a locus. . (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
