Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition, particularly in the prayer portion. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
