The application of the petitioner for demarcation of boundaries of Gata No.265/0.7570 hectare situated at Village Sohans, Pargana Tehsil, District-Gonda is said to be pending wherein the co-tenure holders have been arrayed as opposite parties. 3. Once the boundaries of said Gata are demarcated then it would be clear as to whether the chak road which is proposed to be constructed or is being constructed is on the bhumidhari land of the petitioner and other co-tenure holders or not and accordingly remedial measures can be taken by the petitioner and the agency which is undertaking or has undertaken the construction of the said chak road, therefore, let the demarcation proceedings be concluded at the earliest say within two months, consequences shall follow, accordingly. 4.
