Urmila and others vs Bappa Sri Narayan Institute Society and another) are affirmed. 4. In view of the fact that despite an order dated 11.04.2025, the execution has not been proceeded, the Executing Court is directed to sent a report before this Court within a period of three months after completing the execution through the Senior Registrar of this Court. 5.
