The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.12.2024 whereby the license of the fair price shop of the petitioner was cancelled. Standing Counsel states that an appeal lies against the said order. In view thereof, the petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appeal. In case the appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file the stay application, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
