Petitioner says that out of nine plots which were available for allotment to senior citizens, four are still vacant and petitioner was also one of the applicant seeking allotment. Hence, this petition. 3. If any such plots are vacant, the petitioner had applied for allotment in pursuance to a public notice / advertisement as per rules and there is no other legal impediment in this regard, let the claim of the petitioner as also such other senior citizens who may be eligible be considered as per law but with expedition say within two months.
