This court, while disposing of W.P.No.7241 of 2025, on 21.03.2025, directed the appellate authority to pass appropriate orders either in A.S.No.27 of 2025 or in I.A.No.396 of 2025. The appellate authority addressed letter dated 29.03.2025 seeking fifteen days more time to comply with the order dated 21.03.2025.
