On 30.01.2025, we had passed the following order:- "Heard. Prima facie, if the petitioner is a company and not partnership firm, the reason for rejection of its technical bid was apparently misconceived and unsustainable. Moreover, on being pointed out the aforesaid facts certain other grounds have been communicated to the petitioner but prima facie, this could also not have been done once the bid has already been rejected for the aforesaid reason. Prima facie, it is a moot point as to how far this could have been done. We are, therefore, of the opinion that the matter requires consideration. List this case on 04.02.2025 as fresh to enable Sri Rajesh Tewari, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State to seek instructions in the matter. Any action taken in the meantime shall abide by further orders in these proceedings. " 3. Today, Sri Rajesh Tewari, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State informs the Court that tender in question has been cancelled. 4. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication. 5.
