Heard Ms. Pooja Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. Prayer made in the present writ petition is with regard to direction to the District Magistrate Pratapgarh to decide representation of the petitioner relating to details of his grand father and great grand father, who according to the petitioner were Freedom Fighters. 3. It is stated that the petitioner has been trying to seek information about the status of his grand father and great grand father, but the same has not been provided to the petitioner and accordingly, representation has been given to the District Magistrate to give the said information. 4. When confronted with the query that said information can be obtained under the Right to Information Act, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek relevant information under the provisions of Right to Information Act. 5.
