Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the respondent State. Notices to respondent nos. 2 to 4 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. The present revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge Court No.4, District Lucknow in Criminal Misc. Application No.819 of 2024 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Perused the record. Vide the order dated 21.11.2024 learned court below has passed the order for providing Rs.5000/- as interim maintenance to respondent no.1 (wife) and Rs.2,500/- to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 (daughters) each. It is not in dispute that the revisionist is the husband of respondent no.2 and father of respondent nos.3 and 4. It has also been admitted by the revisionist that he is presently earning Rs. 30,000/- per month, thus, there appears to be no illegality in the order impugned. The rival contentions of the parties, which are factual in nature, can be adjudged only after the evidences are completed during trial and not at this stage. The revision, being devoid of merit, is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 5.2.2025 Madhu D.R/P.S Digitally signed by :- MADHU KUMARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
