The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no- 1, 2 and 3 to initiate steps to physically vacate the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata no. 1378/00.9470 hectare recorded in revenue record as "Naveen Parti (reserved land for SC ST)" land of Gram Sabha Dhanjaee Tahsil-Baldiray, District- Sultanpur from illegal encroachments physically, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villagers, in the interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been concluded, however, the order recall applications have been filed which are pending consideration. 4. In view of the said statement, the petition is disposed off directing the authority concerned, where the order recall applications are pending, to disposed off the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of ninety days.
