Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners were arraigned as A.1 to A.3 in Crime No.4 of 2025 of Ajit Singh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada (NTR), Krishna District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of civil disputes, the 2nd respondent has filed a complaint falsely implicating the petitioners in the case. 4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Ajit Singh Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada (NTR), Krishna District, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2025 without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners, subject to the petitioners cooperating with the investigation. This would not preclude the investigation officer to file charge sheet or final report. -3- 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
