ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents Nos.2 to 5 in not considering the Petitioners representations dated 25.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 for providing protection and to alter the revenue records related to survey No.190/10 for house D.No.13-107 and 13-107A in Sy.No.190/10 situated at Gunthalapeta Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Annamayya District as illegal, irregular, irrational, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioners representations 25.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 for providing protection and alter the revenue records related to survey No.190/10 for Indiramma house D.No.13-107 and 13-107A in Sy.No.190/10 situated at Gunthalapeta Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Annamayya District and pass such other order or orders….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are the owners and possessors of the house bearing D.Nos.13-107 and 13- 107A in Sy.No.190/10 situated at Gunthalapeta Village, Ramasamudram
Mandal, Annamayya District having acquired under the Indiramma House Site Pattas scheme in the year 2008. Since then, the petitioners have been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of their respective house sites. While so, respondent Nos. 6 and 7 along with the unofficial respondents are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property of the petitioners and are trying to evict the petitioners from the subject property. Pursuant to the same, the petitioners herein submitted representations dated 25.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 requesting the respondents authorities to provide police protection and to alter the revenue records in respect of houses in D.Nos.13-107 and 13-107A in Sy.No.190/10 situated at Gunthalapeta Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Annamayya District. Even after receipt of the said representations, the respondents neither considered the same nor issued any proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 24.03.2025 issued by respondent No.4, wherein, it is stated that the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.27 cents in Sy.No.190/10 is classified as settlement patta land and entered in Favour of R.Baba Reddy as per ROR-I of Thirumalareddypalli Survey Group of Ramasamudram Village, Ramasamudram Mandal. It is further stated that the petitioner herein has mentioned that the house site was sanctioned at Sy.No.190/10 but in fact the house site was sanctioned in favour of petitioner No.2 is at Sy.No.138/4 and not in Sy.No.190/10 of Ramasamudram Village. Further, the representations dated 25.02.2025 and 05.03.2025 submitted by
the petitioners to respondent Nos. 2 and 4 requesting to provide police protection and for removal of entry of land in Sy.No.190/10 of Ramasamudram Village from the Khata No.283 stands the name of Sri T.Baba Reddy and to make necessary alterations, were not received by the respondents. 5. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents further submits that the since the representations submitted by the petitioners were not received and acknowledged by the respondents, let there be a direction to the petitioners herein to submit representation afresh to the respondents for ventilating their grievance. On receipt of such representation, the respondent authorities would consider the same within a reasonable time. 6.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioners herein to submit a representation afresh to the respondents for ventilating their grievance, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent authorities are
directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other stake holders, if any, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months, thereafter.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
