Munna" filed for specific performance of contract to sale, contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition, pending since 01.12.2023, pending before opposite party no.1, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
