This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 23.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0414 of 2024 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Bidhuna, Distt. Auraiya. 3. Learned AGA, on the instructions, states that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report dated 18.01.2025 to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Since the investigation has already been concluded in favour of the petitioners, no further grievance survives. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
