UPLK050019582023), M/s Vaishno Infra Contract Vs. Nalin Rastogi and Others, which is pending before The Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow, Dist- Lucknow, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the application dated 06.07.2023 for temporary injunction with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
