When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 08.11.2024, the respondent fixed the enquiry on 11.03.2025 and a notice dated 27.02.2025 in this regard has also been served on the petitioner. However, he has not appeared for the enquiry. He further submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry.
