The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.68 dated 04.05.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 337, 340(2), 137(2) and 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation. 4.
