The same is taken on record. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers :- "(i) A writ an order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 27.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0987 of 2024, under Section 318(4) of BNSS, Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao. (ii) A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass and arrest the petitioners in view of FIR dated 27.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0987of 2024, under Section 318(4) of BNSS, Police Station Kotwali, District Unnao." Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that as per instructions received from the police station concerned, the petitioner has criminal history but he has mentioned in paragraph nos.16, 18 and 19 to the writ petition that he has no previous criminal history. The Copy of such instructions is kept on record. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
