Heard the counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 07.01.2022 whereby the injunction was refused as well as the order dated 06.11.2023 by which the Misc. Appeal was dismissed. 3. The trial court recorded that the suit was filed by the petitioner claiming ownership of Gata No.728, however relief was sought in respect of Gata no.729, as such, the plaintiff did not have any right for injunction. The appellate court reaffirm the said view. 4. I do not see any reason to interfere with the said orders. 5. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2010, the trial court is directed to decide the Suit No.1549 of 2010 (Mishri Lal vs. Ved Prakash and others) in accordance with law with all expedition.
