First of all, we make it absolutely clear that by our order dated 1st September, 2025, we have not modified our earlier order dated 12th August, 2025. As far as direction (d) “the arrear for the period of 1st April, 2024 till 23rd October, 2024 if not paid would be paid by the appellants by 30th September, 2025” in the order dated 1st September, 2025, is concerned, we clarify that the reference to “arrear” shall mean the arrear which has fallen due for payment for the period 1st April, 2024 till 23rd October, 2024, as on the date of the said order i.e. 1st September. 2025. All payments will abide by the subsisting orders of this Court read with the directions of the Commission.
